What Do We Print?

You may be curious about what and how we print.  First the "What Do We Print?".  We print letterheads, envelopes (#10, #9, 6 3/4# remits, catalog, booklet and all types of announcement envelopes such as A7), NCR and other business forms, business cards, flyers, brochures, mailers, booklets, invitations, reply cards, reply  envelopes, catalogs, technical manuals, annual reports, newsletters, booklets, directories.  To finish your job, our bindery services include die cutting, debossing/embossing,  foil stamping, scoring, perfing, specialty folding, etc. We also imprint promotional items such as yards, signs, pens, T-shirts.  We do not print on newsprint or produce magazines as those are specialty publishing and you should deal with them directly.

How Do We Print?

Will Copy and Print and EMAR large format division offer both ELECTRONIC and COMMERCIAL PRINTING and produce Union-USA-made promotional items.  We offer both short runs and large quantities through the two entities.  See differences between electronic and commercial printing in our Question and answer section.

At Will Copy and Print, we have a sundry of services.  At our Command Center, we prepare and control artwork through both PC and Mac platforms and an array of files and programs.  We also direct all pickup/delivery scheduling and plan any trucking, UPS and other approaches to make sure you get your products on time.

The ELECTRONIC PRINTING of all types of materials is handled quickly.  With large printers for both color and black/white, we digitally prepare products of smaller quantities.  For example, you may need 50,000 brochures in four color and our large format division needs 2-3 days to finish your job.  In the meantime, for the 500 pieces you need for your 9 am meeting, we can quickly send your PDF to the Command Center, print them within the hour and then fold shortly afterward.  Electronically, we produce briefs, flyer, announcements, post cards quickly.  We can also of course produce your materials from a hard copy; and we can scan your accumulated pages onto a disk.

The Will Copy and Print COMMERCIAL PRINTING for small to medium quantities can be quickly turned around but possibly not as rapidly as ELECTRONIC PRINTING.  If you need 1000 to 50000  letterheads, envelopes, remits, NCR, shells or invitations in two colors, we would do the work on two tower printing presses.  We typically need more time than we would with ELECTRONIC PRINTING but COMMERCIAL PRINTING saves you money.

Free Pick-up & Delivery

In this day of exorbitant gas prices, we still provide free pick-up and delivery in downtown and surrounding San Diego with a $10.00 minimum.  We have a small gas surcharge for areas in the rest of the County but that is built into our electronic pricing.  We also have trucking and UPS, etc. options at our-cost.  Be sure to tell us if you want a product delivered, and where, when you ask for a quote or place an order.
