Mail Services and Data Procurement

We have carefully screened a number of mailing services and feel confident in recommending several, including a Union mail service for large format printing only (larger quantities).  Please email us if you wish additional information.  We deliver your products to the mail house and take care of any difficulties that arise without causing you alarm.  For example, occasionally the mailing list ends up with more names than anticipated because of last minute additions.  The mail house calls us and we immediately schedule additional printing while keeping you in the loop.  Your problems are our problems.  We encourage our clients to contact the mail house directly to keep everyone in the process.  The mail house can also help with data procurement if you do not have your own source.

Always check on the weight of the paper/index/cover stock you are using and the method to send, i.e., first class, non-profit, bulk, to make sure it is adequate.  For example, many people used to use 90# white index for post cards; but those days are over.  That caliper weight is only.0074 and you need .0090!  To confuse matters more, some 65 # cover stocks in colors meet the requirement but white does not; the same does for texture.
