What do I need?

In order for us to give you a quote, we need information about your project. Reviewing the Quote form beforehand may be helpful; and you may also want to go to the FAQ section for specific information on preparing art.  These are the types of questions that will prepare you to fill out the Quick Quote form; but remember we are here to help you.

1.  Quantity of final pieces?  Remember that "pieces" refers to end numbers.  If, for example, you put up two identical copies on an 8.5" x 11" sheet and ask us to run 5000, you would get 10,000 5.5" x 8.5" pieces (on 5000 SHEETS). 

2.  Number of colors ON EACH SIDE and whether those are process colors or PMS spot colors or black (see FAQs "PrePress" for more information)?  For example, if you want four colors on one side and black on the other side, you have what we call a "four over one" project.  Let us know whether the one color on one side is a PMS color or black as that impacts price.  In addition, let us know if one of your colors is silver, copper, gold or a metallic ink as the price is affected.

3.  Is this an Electronic or Commercial Printing job (see FAQ section)?

4.  Do you need the Union bug or not?

5.  Paper?  See FAQ section for particulars.

6.  Are there "bleeds" and on how many sides (see FAQ section)?

7.  Is the coverage heavy, medium or light (see FAQ section)?

8.  Where does this get delivered/shipped or are you picking it up?
