What is our Mission?  WE PARTNER!  WE TAKE RESPONSIBILITY!  WE PRODUCE QUALITY PRODUCTS AT FAIR PRICES AND WE DO IT QUICKLY!  WE DELIVER!  We are the Future of Printing and proud of it.  As we have stated in the introduction to this site, today's printer must Partner with others while staying abreast of the latest technology ;and do all of this in a context of open communications, honesty and fairness.  MOST IMPORTANTLY, WE DO WHAT OTHERS WOULD LIKE TO DO.  WE PUT OUR CLIENTS FIRST!

Now, that is a mouthful but let us give an example.  We have clients who put their printing last in the scheme of things and we understand.  Things happen.  The Big Boss fails to sign off on a project before leaving for home and we lose a day.  The project changes quantity or copy just before we put the job on and we have to hustle to re-arrange the schedule.  We expect the un-expected and immediately  work to find a new approach or a solution.  Recently we had a client who needed a large quantity printing/bindery and a drop-shipped mailing within two days.  We didn't throw up our arms and cry "foul"!  We got the art approved and our team drove the materials to the city where the order was to be drop-shipped! Mission accomplished! 

The important lesson is that we pitch in when you need help and get the job done. . .or we let you know that there is a problem early enough on and suggest other avenues.  We don't leave you hanging when we know of another source who could help.  That is what Teams do for each other and we are a Team.
