Customer Service

Since 1981, The Team of Professionals at Will Copy and Print, and now EMAR, have believed in and promoted Customer Service.  Too many businesses say they believe in Customer Service but fail to deliver when they are most needed, in a time of crisis.  The Team practices what it preaches by going the extra mile, by staying late to finish the job that is needed first thing in the morning, by coming in on a weekend day, by giving out our home phone number so the client feels more secure.  We have done these things and more because we want to make sure that our clients get the treatment they deserve.  It is no small matter to us that we have been in business for over 25 years by providing fast turn-around and professional service. 

Another  part of Customer Service is helping you do your job in a more effective and less costly manner because we want you to meet your goals and grow.   As we get to know your business, we are better able to assist you through the entire printing process in a seemingly-effortless manner.  We will present ideas and offer suggestions to decrease your current costs.  For example, we will ascertain whether electronic printing might be more cost effective for some of your projects.  We treat our clients with respect and professionalism.

The real test of the strength of our Customer Service is on those rare occasions when things go wrong. Recently, one of our customers ordered index tabs which we shipped over-night to a town near San Francisco.  Unfortunately, the shipping service crunched some of the tabs; and the client called us at 11 am the day before the meeting, not sure what to do. We immediately re-arranged the day's schedule in order to re-do the job electronically, including sending the tabs to the bindery for die cutting and hole punching that same day, before packing up for next-morning delivery.  Although relieved, the client decided  to use what they had and was grateful that we were ready to go the extra mile. The point is, that the client now had several options.  That is what we strive for everyday:  To provide alternatives for every client when a problem arises and be there to help correct the problems.  Customer Service is not just above providing a product but it is providing back-up and support when things go wrong.  You can count on us to be there for you!
